REFUND POLICY

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have sent the wrong product. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You will be responsible for the return costs when you return the goods.
