Prices and payment
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

Payment with Invoice by email
To be able to pay by invoice, it is currently necessary to email the order. The organization number is stated in addition to the delivery address and any billing address.
An invoice will be sent to the specified email address with payment instructions. You pay with Swish or Bankgiro.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you are withdrawing your consent. The cooling-off period begins on the day you receive the goods or a substantial part of them. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are specially manufactured according to the consumer's instructions, such as knives. Other examples are steel or other materials that have been cut according to specific requests from the customer, or packaging that is not part of the regular range.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose your right of withdrawal.
